Drives and closes personal loan sales, conducts high-volume outbound calls, manages delinquent accounts, prepares individual tax returns, processes payments, and assists customers with financial services. Maintains compliant records, handles cash and bank deposits, resolves account issues, and meets performance goals across sales, collections, tax preparation, and branch operations.
