Own Weave’s self-serve growth funnel from website conversion through onboarding, activation, expansion, and sales pipeline generation. Build production software across frontend, backend, experimentation, analytics, attribution, CRM synchronization, lifecycle automation, and SEO. Diagnose funnel drop-offs, run experiments, improve developer onboarding, and measure outcomes. The role combines full-stack engineering, growth product management, data analysis, and marketing in a five-day-per-week San Francisco office environment.

Build Weave’s first repeatable outbound engine by researching target accounts, prospecting CTOs and engineering leaders, creating personalized outreach, booking qualified meetings, working events, testing messaging and channels, documenting the playbook, and sharing prospect feedback with founders, marketing, and product. The role is in-person five days per week in San Francisco and offers a path toward AE, GTM leadership, or BDR team management.

Build public demos, integrations, plugins, and sample projects; maintain the open-source Weave Router community; write technical content; improve developer experience; participate in meetups, hackathons, livestreams, podcasts, and online communities; gather developer feedback for product; and support marketing and sales with technical credibility.
