Full-cycle recruiter supporting the Robotics team and other SaaS functions across the U.S., Philippines, and international markets. Source, screen, interview, and close candidates using ATS (Greenhouse) and Workstream Hiring app; build hiring pipelines, partner with hiring managers, report recruiting metrics, and ensure a strong candidate experience while working PST business hours.

Responsible for setting demo appointments with franchise and corporate customers by prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. Use Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and manage accounts, build prospecting plans with Account Executives, and support onboarding/coaching of newer outbound team members. Work onsite daily and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.

Build and maintain high-performance, highly available backend systems. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features, practice TDD and CI/CD, design distributed systems, and work with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and cloud infrastructure to support scalable production services.
