Lead technical architecture and implementation for full-stack web applications, ensuring alignment with engineering strategy and software quality standards. Collaborate with engineering managers and globally distributed teams, guide sprint delivery, mentor engineers, and work with Product and Design on requirements and roadmaps. Build and maintain APIs, cloud technologies, microservices, databases, and existing platform infrastructure.

Provide technical leadership for full-stack engineering teams, ensuring implementation consistency, architectural quality, sprint delivery, and software standards. Design and maintain cloud-based tools and existing systems, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and support roadmap development across globally distributed teams. The role involves Ruby on Rails or Node.js, React or TypeScript, RESTful APIs, relational databases, AWS, and microservice architectures.

Provides managed payroll services and customer support, including preparing payrolls, reviewing data, resolving issues, protecting confidential information, and meeting accuracy and compliance goals. Uses AI-enabled tools and automation with human oversight, identifies process improvements, documents workflows, and collaborates with Engineering, Product, Design, and service teams to improve customer outcomes.
