Own pipeline management, forecasting, ramping new hires, deal coaching, and execution of a repeatable sales playbook. Partner cross-functionally and travel quarterly for franchise events to build pipeline.

Lead global data operations for robotics: recruit and onboard high-volume video contributors, manage a lab with multi-camera wearable setups, ensure footage quality and compliance, run QA and reviewer teams, oversee compensation/payroll via Deel, reduce contributor churn, and support equipment verification and troubleshooting.

Serve as primary customer contact via phone, email, and chat to resolve product issues quickly. Escalate defects, assist with client setup and modifications, build knowledge base content, train junior reps, and support product testing while maintaining high CSAT and response time SLAs.
