Leads distributed video data contributors and quality reviewers, overseeing daily performance, technical troubleshooting, footage audits, onboarding, hardware coordination, privacy compliance, recruitment support, and payroll reconciliation. The role tracks operational metrics, resolves contributor and payment issues, updates training materials, and coordinates with Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and Payroll. It requires strong team leadership, technical aptitude with recording equipment, visual quality judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications and distributed systems. Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product features. Apply test-driven development, build reliable CI/CD processes, work with SQL and NoSQL databases, use cloud platforms, and maintain strong software design and communication practices.

Build and deliver scalable, high-performance full-stack applications for Workstream’s HR, payroll, and hiring platform. Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, practice test-driven development, design distributed systems, work with SQL and NoSQL databases, and contribute to reliable CI/CD practices. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office work Tuesdays and Thursdays.
