Builds infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, administers Kubernetes environments, establishes monitoring and reliability objectives, responds to production incidents, engineers disaster recovery strategies, and optimizes cloud resource costs. The role also develops automation, supports observability, and drives continuous improvements through incident analysis and multi-cloud governance.

Execute customer implementations across WorkSpan’s enterprise SaaS portfolio, configuring data models, templates, integrations, reports, and migration processes. Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance, go-live activities, and customer-facing workstreams. Document requirements and test cases, manage deliverables, resolve issues with internal teams, provide project updates, and mentor junior consultants while following implementation methodologies.

Sell WorkSpan's SaaS partner ecosystem management platform by prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing deals. Manage pipeline, create account plans, run customer workshops, engage stakeholders, drive expansions and renewals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet quota.
