Part-time, hands-on role maintaining the Omaha office: stocking supplies and snacks, daily cleaning tasks, collecting packages, trash removal, weekly meeting setup, inventory and ordering, organizing storage, light furniture assembly, plant care, and periodic deep-cleaning and event support. Requires reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on a consistent daily shift.

Drive new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling meetings for sales reps. Execute inbound/outbound campaigns, meet activity metrics, collaborate with leadership, and use CRM and AI tools to personalize outreach and optimize pipeline.
