Design high-fidelity, responsive interfaces for ecommerce, mobile apps, websites, and connected digital products. Create scalable design systems, motion and interaction designs, accessible components, prototypes, and production-ready files. Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and client teams; prepare developer handoff documentation, support QA, and use Figma, AI-enhanced workflows, and design-to-development tools to improve design quality and implementation fidelity.

Produce social-first digital and action-based campaigns from kickoff through wrap. Source and manage creators, influencers, vendors, and production partners; build timelines and budgets; lead kickoffs and client meetings; coordinate feedback and revisions (often in Figma); ensure schedule, budget, creative quality, and organized project wrap files including licensing details.

The Research + Insights Lead will drive strategic insights and methodologies to inform brand actions, using various research techniques while collaborating with teams.
