Teams at Working Families Party

Leads Connecticut legislative strategy, lobbying, coalition work, and organizing of aligned elected officials. The role develops policy platforms, supports legislative champions, manages incumbent electoral defense, coordinates municipal engagement, raises funds, and oversees lobbying compliance. Responsibilities include facilitating legislator meetings and retreats, tracking legislation, delivering testimony, building campaigns, supporting candidate recruitment, and coaching elected officials. Requires regular in-state travel, evening and weekend availability, and registration as a Connecticut lobbyist.

Build membership and activist leadership across Congressional District 3 through in-person events, relational organizing, canvassing, phone and text banking, and digital outreach. Lead volunteer recruitment and training, support endorsed candidates, analyze regional political conditions, manage organizing programs, and adjust strategies to meet party-building and electoral goals. This remote role includes in-person regional events, major-event travel, and staff meetings.

Builds Working Families Party membership, activist leadership, and electoral support across Congressional District 10. Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, organizing in-person and virtual canvasses, phone and text banks, welcoming new members, analyzing regional political conditions, managing organizing tools, evaluating programs, and implementing improvements. Requires at least two years of electoral, campaign, or neighborhood-based organizing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and commitment to social, economic, and racial justice.
