Provide case management and reentry support for assigned residents per Bureau of Prisons regulations. Conduct intakes, develop Individual Re-Entry Plans and IPPs, monitor progress, coordinate community services and treatment, maintain confidential resident files and reports, attend program reviews, handle incidents, and be available for late nights, weekends and occasional local travel.

Provide employment counseling and placement services for residential clients: assess needs, develop resumes/portfolios, train on interview techniques, coordinate job fairs, refer to community resources, perform follow-up and verification, maintain employment logs, and ensure contract compliance.

Assist Program Director with facility operations, security oversight, staffing and training. Oversee casework, audit shifts, ensure contract/SOW compliance, manage administrative tasks (petty cash, deposits, logs), conduct staff evaluations, facilitate meetings and trainings, handle local travel and on-call duties, and support resident services and home confinement coordination.
