Clarify requirements, prioritize work, support sprint execution, use customer and product data to guide decisions, and mentor junior product professionals.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, prospect research, email follow-up, and marketing programs. Build territory plans, engage C-suite prospects, nurture leads, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and schedule qualified meetings for field sales partners. Meet monthly and quarterly quotas while collaborating with sales and marketing teams and developing expertise in company products, messaging, industries, and competitors.

Lead Workhuman’s enterprise AI portfolio and governance framework, from use-case intake and prioritization through delivery oversight and value realization. Establish risk-based controls covering privacy, security, data, model behavior, human oversight, third parties, and responsible AI. Partner with business and technology stakeholders, improve accountability, track outcomes and dependencies, create reusable governance standards, and provide executive-level reporting on AI investment, adoption, value, and risk.
