Ensures compliance with utility, arboricultural, OSHA, and company standards while working near energized power lines and hazardous equipment. Requires emergency and storm-work availability, occasional travel, and oversight of crew performance and operations.

Enforce safety and regulatory compliance for tree-trimming crews, conduct site inspections and incident investigations, deliver training and briefings, maintain safety records and certifications, support emergency response, and coach crews to correct unsafe practices.
