Lead and manage residential and independent living programs for Deaf and Hard of Hearing adults. Supervise house managers and staff, oversee hiring, training (ASL and cultural competency), ensure ISP implementation and regulatory compliance (DDS, CARF), manage budgets and facilities, coordinate clinical supports, liaise with families and partners, and provide on-call leadership and emergency coordination.

Provide direct care and support for adults who are deaf or hard of hearing, using ASL to promote independence, implement service and treatment plans, assist with hygiene and healthcare access, and build positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers.

Provide person-centered residential management and leadership for Deaf/Hard of Hearing adults with IDD. Oversee daily operations, program and treatment plan implementation, staff supervision and training, healthcare coordination, regulatory compliance, and family/provider engagement to promote independence and quality of life.
