Lead financial operations for a $60 million-plus mission-driven nonprofit. Responsibilities include managing the accounting team, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, guiding broad accounting and finance functions, strengthening systems and processes, and supporting organizational strategy. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, financial systems expertise, staff leadership, and effective prioritization and delegation.

Provides direct-care support to adults with disabilities who are deaf or hard of hearing in residential homes. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene and independent living, implementing service and treatment plans, building relationships with families and providers, and helping individuals access healthcare and maintain healthy lifestyles. Requires fluency in American Sign Language, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

Provides skills training and individualized support to young adults with disabilities ages 14–22 across community, vocational, and educational settings. Supports internships, develops transition skills, documents progress, attends IEP and other meetings, implements service plans, ensures safety, and follows DDPC, OSHA, and DOL regulations. Promotes independence, meaningful relationships, consumer direction, and career or educational planning.
