Provide one-on-one career planning, job readiness training, resume and interview support, case management, and employer engagement to help Rhode Island Works participants secure and retain employment. Maintain client documentation in Salesforce and connect clients to community resources and training.

Provide direct care to adults who are deaf or hard of hearing, using ASL to support daily living, hygiene, independence, service and treatment plan implementation, healthcare access, and relationship-building with families and providers.

Provide direct support to adults with disabilities in residential and community settings. Assist with hygiene, independence, service plan implementation, healthcare access, and community outings. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and service providers; work awake overnight or day/evening shifts as assigned.
