This early-career, in-office role supports the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through retention and growth.

Lead customer implementations of Wordsmith’s legal operations platform. Design and configure legal workflows, translate legal processes into structured AI-enabled automation, advise legal teams on technology best practices, support onboarding and expansion, and communicate customer insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires managing customer projects, guiding stakeholders through change, and working across legal and technical domains in an in-office New York environment.

Build and operate an automated employee platform covering onboarding, identity, application access, device enrollment, hardware provisioning, support requests, security baselines, compliance evidence, and offboarding. Develop scripts, infrastructure as code, Slack-based assistants, and coding-agent workflows that reduce manual IT work. The role is hands-on with employee hardware in the Edinburgh office and owns systems end to end.
