Develop and manage sales enablement programs, onboarding, training, playbooks, content, and competitive resources. Optimize sales processes, HubSpot CRM workflows, dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and lead management. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve messaging and sales effectiveness. Analyze enablement metrics, deliver training, and implement best practices that accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.

Owns the onboarding of German- and English-speaking customers, serving as their primary contact, leading kickoffs and training, troubleshooting issues, providing technical guidance, coordinating internal teams, supporting customer success reporting, and improving onboarding processes. The role also includes rotating first-line support through email, chat, and an emergency line.

Supports customers through ticket triage, emergency phone support, technical guidance, and best-practice consultation. Processes customer materials through glossary development tools, validates glossaries using human and machine testing, and assists with customer success workflows, tracking, reporting, and sales data requests. The role is fully remote and focused on helping clients deliver accurate real-time translation events.
