Coordinates multimodal freight shipments from origin to destination, including ocean, land, and air transportation. Manages shipping documentation, quotations, invoicing support, inventory reporting, shipment tracking, carrier and vendor coordination, customer communication, and delivery performance. Develops supply chain KPIs, monitors costs and service levels, supports billing and co-loading operations, and maintains relationships with customers, logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred.
