Coordinates air, ocean, and land cargo transportation from origin to destination. Manages shipment documentation, quotations, invoicing, billing support, inventory reporting, tracking, customer communication, transportation providers, and supply chain performance metrics. Supports co-loading, intercompany shipments, transfer billing, and high-volume customer accounts while improving delivery timeliness, controlling costs, and maintaining vendor relationships.
