Leads ports and maritime engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams, overseeing deliverable quality, scope, budgets, schedules, client communications, risk, and issue resolution. Reviews engineering work for quality and conformity, supports proposals and business development, negotiates project terms, and applies marine, structural, and geotechnical engineering principles to waterfront infrastructure. The role requires at least 10 years of related experience, relevant engineering software proficiency, and up to 20% travel.

Supports two executive leaders by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, communications, presentations, meetings, events, expenses, timesheets, and special projects. Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintains confidentiality, tracks action items, and helps executives prioritize critical requests and achieve organizational goals.

Leads the design, configuration, deployment, and support of VertiGIS and ArcGIS geospatial solutions for clients. Provides solution architecture, technical documentation, project delivery, client advice, pre-sales demonstrations, performance improvements, usability enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement. The role also requires collaboration across digital solutions teams, professional certifications, travel as needed, and successful completion of a police background check.
