Conduct pricing analysis, develop models and dashboards, monitor pricing metrics, and recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability. Analyze costs, margins, variances, customer profitability, and product performance. Support quotes, bids, launches, price increases, approvals, and governance while partnering with sales, finance, marketing, product, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Leads the architecture, development, testing, and support of safety-critical embedded software for aerospace products. Provides cybersecurity leadership aligned with DO-178C, DO-326A, DO-356A, and DO-355; develops security roadmaps, mitigates software and pipeline risks, supports certification and supply-chain assurance, mentors engineers, and drives technical innovation and process improvement.

Sets up and operates CNC and manual vertical mills and other machining equipment to produce precision aerospace parts. Performs first-piece inspections, interprets blueprints and GD&T, uses inspection gauges, troubleshoots machining issues, maintains quality records, follows standardized work and safety procedures, and supports 5S and lean initiatives. Level III machinists also resolve complex process issues, improve machining processes, and train others.
