Calibrate and maintain measurement instruments, perform routine measurements, record and report accurate data, support quality assurance under established procedures, and assist senior metrologists with documentation and problem resolution.

Support development and manufacturing transition of aerospace electronic motor/solenoid controllers. Collect customer requirements, lead cross-functional technical issue resolution, run functional/integration tests, perform RCA, verify HW/SW faults, and coordinate corrective actions for product qualification.

Lead cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and optimize complex electrical systems. Provide technical direction, solve advanced engineering problems, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, and recommend technology/process improvements for medium to large projects.
