Provides high-level administrative and technical support to the Vice President and Academic Programs Office. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, communications, confidential records, academic program administration, event planning, reporting, procurement, financial documentation, office systems, and liaison work with faculty, students, senior leaders, and external partners.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain C++ and Python software for underwater robotic vehicles and oceanographic systems. Responsibilities include ROS 1/ROS 2 development, sensor and subsystem integration, navigation and control, simulation, automated testing, data processing, troubleshooting, documentation, and field or sea operations. The engineer will modernize legacy systems, support vehicle readiness, diagnose issues in demanding environments, and collaborate with engineers, technicians, scientists, operators, and external partners.

Designs, fabricates, integrates, tests, and supports deployment of mechanical and systems components for autonomous underwater vehicles. Responsibilities include mechanical analysis, SolidWorks modeling, finite element and computational fluid dynamics modeling, supplier and machine-shop coordination, electrical and sensor integration, test planning, technical reporting, proposals, cost estimation, and leading engineering teams during laboratory, dockside, cruise, and field operations.
