Manage daily operations of the Woodcliff Springs Sports Complex recreation department, including scheduling, staffing, payroll/timekeeping coordination, front desk workflow, program support, onboarding/training coordination, facility upkeep, and member engagement to ensure high-quality recreational experiences.

The Front Desk staff is responsible for checking in and out guests, managing payments, and ensuring a pleasant stay through effective communication and guest service.

The Botanical Assistant aids the Botanical Design Manager in landscape maintenance, plant care, floral design, and guest workshops, emphasizing creativity and teamwork.
