Leads all human resources functions at an onsite food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include strategic HR partnership, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, policy implementation, and engagement initiatives. The role supports hourly employees in a regulated production environment and partners with plant leadership on organizational effectiveness, safety, and operational goals.

Leads food regulatory strategy and compliance across product lines, including FDA and state requirements, labeling, nutrition, allergens, claims, Proposition 65, FSVP, regulatory intelligence, audits, and EPR packaging obligations. Partners with Legal, Quality, R&D, Operations, Marketing, counsel, laboratories, agencies, and executive leadership to manage regulatory risk, develop compliance workflows, interpret emerging rules, and establish strategic priorities.
