Human Resources Intern supporting HR activities in an on-site, part-time internship lasting 6–12 months. The role requires a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, background check, and drug screening. The position offers a flexible 20–25-hour weekly schedule and $18 per hour.

Recruits candidates across a dealership network by posting jobs, sourcing applicants, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, presenting offers, monitoring pre-employment requirements, and supporting onboarding. Maintains candidate records in an ATS, supports internal promotions and transfers, and participates in career fairs, networking events, and school recruiting initiatives.

Partners with dealership leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, investigations, coaching, talent development, workforce and succession planning, policy interpretation, engagement, retention, and employment-law compliance. The role advises leadership, identifies training needs, supports organizational development, and helps improve employee experience across assigned dealerships.
