Provide trauma-informed case management and crisis intervention to tenants with lived experience of homelessness, coordinating extreme cleaning, decluttering, pest-control preparation, tenancy support, and referrals across multiple housing sites to improve housing stability and wellbeing.

Provide clinical and staff supervision for Social Work and Full Circle teams serving older adults with mental health, addictions, dementia and frailty. Oversee program compliance, documentation, training, waitlist and reporting; support recruitment, performance management, team dynamics, community partnerships, and continuous program evaluation. Lead clinic/drop-in coordination and represent the program externally.

Provide mobile crisis intervention and outreach to seniors with mental health and substance use issues across Toronto. Assess needs, develop and implement service plans, coordinate with hospitals and community resources, document services, support team processes, and apply harm reduction and anti-oppression approaches.
