Provides clinical counselling, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, case management, system navigation, care coordination, advocacy, and therapeutic support to seniors experiencing homelessness and mental health or substance-use challenges. The role also coordinates community resources, group programs, outreach, documentation, and continuum-of-care services while applying trauma-informed, harm-reduction, anti-oppression, and client-centered approaches.

Manages month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, reserves, audit support, tenant payment ledgers, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement process improvements. Prepares reports and presentations for leadership and board members, ensures accounting and regulatory compliance, analyzes financial data, and mentors junior staff. The role requires accounting expertise, financial analysis skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with accounting and financial analysis software.
