Process and code vendor invoices, manage electronic accounts payable workflows, issue weekly ACH, check, and credit card payments, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and support job costing. Maintain vendor relationships, collaborate with project and purchasing teams, ensure timely and accurate payments, and help improve AP procedures. The role also offers cross-training in additional accounting responsibilities.

Provides administrative and coordination support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, coordinating internal communications, and helping manage backlogs and workloads. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, customer communication, proficiency with dispatch or field service management software, and preferably knowledge of HVAC systems and service terminology.
