Teams at Wooddale Church

Provides part-time administrative support for a church Children's Ministry, managing registrations, Planning Center schedules, volunteer rosters, databases, attendance records, room reservations, materials, and routine staff and volunteer support. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, computer skills, and the ability to work independently within established processes. It is based at the Eden Prairie campus and includes participation in ministry meetings and adherence to Wooddale Church faith and membership requirements.

Leads the design, implementation, maintenance, and long-term planning of audio, video, and lighting infrastructure across multiple church campuses. Oversees equipment lifecycle, technical standards, preventative maintenance, documentation, capital planning, system upgrades, and cross-campus support. Advises ministry and executive leadership while supporting large worship services involving choirs, orchestras, and complex productions. Provides technical leadership for renovations, new builds, major events, and multi-venue production environments.

Coordinates Children's Ministry systems, workflows, calendars, communications, volunteer processes, registrations, events, and weekly programming across campuses. Develops operational plans, improves processes, supports staff and volunteers, partners with Communications, and ensures ministry initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively executed. Provides hands-on support during designated programming and helps maintain consistent systems while addressing campus-specific needs.
