Provides entry-level engineering support for stormwater and site civil projects, including planning, design, modeling, grading, utility design, treatment systems, and construction oversight. The role involves substantial fieldwork on municipal stormwater and wastewater infrastructure projects, collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams, and work under the supervision of a Registered Professional Engineer.

Manages daily operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgets, reporting, and client coordination for a wastewater treatment plant and pump stations. Supervises two operators, oversees sampling and laboratory testing, coordinates repairs and construction, maintains operational records, responds to emergencies and alarms, and ensures safe, compliant facility performance. Requires on-call availability, wastewater treatment licensing, substantial industry experience, and familiarity with SCADA and maintenance systems.

The job involves designing and overseeing HVAC and plumbing engineering projects for various clients. Responsibilities include preparation of engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications, along with construction phase services and QA/QC functions. Candidates will work independently with some supervision, interfacing with clients and mentoring junior staff.
