Manage SCADA, automation, and controls projects for municipal and industrial water and wastewater clients from planning through closure. Lead project teams, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors while controlling scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and financial performance. Serve as the primary client contact, lead preconstruction, kickoff, and startup activities, support proposals and project planning, and identify future opportunities. The role requires regular regional travel across New England, with occasional overnight trips.

Lead and manage EHS consulting projects across proposal through delivery. Advise clients on regulatory compliance (RCRA, TSCA, TRI, SPCC, DOT), risk assessments, permitting, audits, and EHS management systems. Build client relationships, mentor multidisciplinary teams, support business development, and apply project management practices while traveling to client sites.

Design, implement, maintain, and secure LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure for O&M sites nationwide. Monitor cellular/satellite networks, troubleshoot complex issues, document configurations, collaborate with teams and vendors, and support disaster recovery and vendor selection. Up to 50% travel and after-hours availability required.
