Leads civil engineering and land development projects for private and public-sector clients. Prepares engineering analyses, designs, calculations, construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and submittal reviews. Reviews development plans for compliance, manages project resources and obstacles, leads multidisciplinary teams, supervises technical staff, and supports budget and workload management.

Develops and leads hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood risk analyses, drainage master plans, pump station studies, FEMA flood studies, and climate resilience projects. Responsibilities include model calibration, GIS database management, infrastructure deficiency analysis, capital improvement recommendations, technical reporting, field investigations, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents. The role also supports project delivery and mentors junior staff.

Provides transportation planning and traffic engineering services for public and private sector clients. Responsibilities include traffic impact and roadway operations analyses, travel demand forecasting, technical reporting, client and agency coordination, mentoring junior staff, and supporting project budgets, schedules, scopes, and deadlines.
