Processes customer orders, resolves order and product inquiries, supports outside sales representatives, and coordinates fulfillment activities. Provides customer service, handles complaints, conducts follow-up, researches prospective restaurant customers, makes cold calls, and generates leads for the outside sales team. Maintains accurate communication and organization across internal departments and external stakeholders.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including posting lockbox, credit card, check, and cash payments; resolving discrepancies; maintaining customer accounts; and answering AR questions. Cross-train in accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and credit card reconciliation. Provide general accounting support through reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
