Source, screen, interview, and onboard workers through recruiting platforms, worker pools, and hiring events. Maintain job descriptions, support app and W-2 onboarding, resolve customer and worker issues, monitor placed-worker performance, and build local relationships. Track recruiting and market metrics, improve processes, maintain SOPs, and partner with Market Operations, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. The hybrid role includes customer-site travel, local events, and occasional early or evening work during peak periods.

Visit customer job sites to support Wonoloers and clients: coordinate check-in/out, onboard and coach workers, monitor attendance and performance, resolve conflicts, document observations, and maintain client relationships while using Google tools and Slack. Role includes local travel, daily reporting, and potential worker removals to mitigate co-employment risk.
