Build AI-native B2C growth systems for worker acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. Develop lifecycle automations, triggered campaigns, paid-channel integrations, job-posting workflows, AI agent systems, reporting, and experimentation. Use SQL, Looker, APIs, marketing platforms, and LLMs to automate decisions and personalize campaigns. Monitor marketplace health, activate playbooks, evaluate campaign performance, and convert manual marketing processes into scalable internal tools and workflows.

Provides onsite support at customer facilities, serving as a point of contact for customers and hourly workers. Responsibilities include worker sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding support, issue resolution, customer relationship management, operational problem-solving, metric tracking, reporting, and collaboration with market, sales, product, marketing, and operations teams. The role requires flexible scheduling, travel to customer locations near Flower Mound, and reliable transportation.

Sources, screens, interviews, and onboards frontline workers through recruiting platforms, worker pools, and hiring events. Supports app and W-2 onboarding, maintains recruiting materials and SOPs, tracks recruiting and market-performance metrics, and improves processes. Serves as a local contact for customers and workers, resolves placement issues, monitors performance, travels to customer sites, and partners with Market Operations, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
