Lead customer and marketplace operations across parents, childcare providers, and employers. Manage multichannel and AI-powered support, handle escalations, improve enrollment and retention, drive revenue, oversee provider service vendors, and build scalable workflows, tools, policies, and team operating systems. This hands-on role requires direct customer interaction, operational and financial judgment, metric ownership, cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering, and team leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead a small support team to operate Zendesk-based phone and ticket support, own SLAs/CSAT/NPS, and build AI-powered workflows (Lorikeet, OpenClaw, Hermes) to automate tier-1 support and convert recurring issues into product requirements by partnering with engineering and product.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and deliver scalable features, improve system performance, and collaborate with product and design teams. Responsible for the entire development lifecycle and enhancing productivity with modern tools, including AI.
