Build and own the company-wide canonical data model and data delivery for a state government platform. Hands-on work: write SQL, ship dbt models, load and validate data, debug pipelines, perform identity resolution and deduplication, set data quality/lineage/monitoring, and enable AI agents to read and act on data. Report to the CEO and ensure metrics and state data integrations are reliable and auditable.

Lead a small support team to operate Zendesk-based phone and ticket support, own SLAs/CSAT/NPS, and build AI-powered workflows (Lorikeet, OpenClaw, Hermes) to automate tier-1 support and convert recurring issues into product requirements by partnering with engineering and product.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and deliver scalable features, improve system performance, and collaborate with product and design teams. Responsible for the entire development lifecycle and enhancing productivity with modern tools, including AI.
