Own and execute Wonderly's local SEO strategy end-to-end: programmatic city/service pages, map pack and Google Business Profile optimization, technical SEO, schema/structured data, indexing and crawl analysis, competitive and keyword research, internal linking, citations and review strategy, content templates, and close collaboration with engineering to ship and iterate pages that drive qualified local demand across the US and Canada.

Lead and own Wonderly's growth and marketing across paid and organic channels, SEO, landing pages, lifecycle/email, attribution, funnel analytics, creative testing, influencer and local-market experiments, and sales enablement. Diagnose technical tracking issues, hire and scale the marketing team, run cross-functional initiatives, and be directly accountable for revenue and growth metrics as the company scales from product-market fit to large-scale growth.

Respond to customer inquiries within support channels, use the knowledge base to resolve common issues, escalate technical problems to engineering, help refine support operations to improve retention and revenue, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
