Own and advance Wonderlic's Jobs Engine to produce scalable, scientifically defensible job analysis using NLP and ML. Build and refine models that infer job content from unstructured text, integrate occupational taxonomies, ensure fairness and legal defensibility, and partner with product, engineering, and I-O teams to translate science into production systems and evaluation practices.

The Senior Account Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts, while collaborating with Customer Success Managers to enhance account strategies and customer relationships.
