Own the vision, roadmap, adoption, and quality tooling used by forward-deployed teams to build, test, launch, monitor, and improve AI agents. Convert field-built tools into scalable products, establish deployment quality loops, prioritize field needs, define success metrics, and lead cross-functional engineering delivery from discovery through production.

Own complex, cross-company programs for the Chief Product Officer, converting strategic priorities into executable plans and driving delivery across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales, and Marketing. Responsibilities include managing launches and strategic deals, coordinating stakeholders, identifying risks, tracking milestones, running operating rhythms, reporting progress, and improving planning practices. The role requires executive communication, influence without authority, technical understanding, and independent execution.

Build and deploy AI agents that transform enterprise workflows. Embed with customers to understand operational needs, design technical solutions, integrate with tools and data, and own systems from prototype through production. Measure business impact, monitor reliability, iterate on deployments, and convert lessons into reusable platform capabilities. The role combines hands-on software engineering, customer collaboration, product partnership, and pragmatic decision-making in ambiguous environments.
