Support month-end close and consolidation, process AP coding, bank and intercompany reconciliations, manage fixed assets, prepare accruals and GST/FBT returns, assist audits, and improve financial systems and reporting to meet submission deadlines.

Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Facilitate workshops, map and standardise processes, coach teams, develop SOPs and training, monitor benefits realisation, and support automation and digitalisation projects to improve productivity, quality, compliance, and employee experience.

The Director of Employee Relations oversees employee relations policies, manages investigations, provides conflict resolution support, ensures compliance with employment laws, and delivers training on employee relations topics.
