B2B inside sales role making outbound calls to retail florists to sell Teleflora products and services. Maintain product knowledge, use sales tools and reports, exceed personal and team sales targets, upsell, handle objections, participate in training, provide feedback, and work overtime during peak floral seasons. Hybrid role based in Oklahoma City with occasional travel to company offices and industry events.

Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units, prepare monthly/quarterly/ad hoc executive reporting, maintain reporting models and templates, drive process improvements to standardize and streamline reporting, perform financial and operational analysis, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate insights for senior leadership.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of capital and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations. Assist with scoping, cost estimation, scheduling, documentation, equipment installation, commissioning, testing, data analysis, root cause investigations, shutdown planning, and contractor coordination while ensuring safety and quality.
