Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives across operations. Facilitate workshops, coach teams, map and standardise processes, develop SOPs and training, track benefits, and support automation and digitalisation projects to drive operational excellence.

Lead Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) standards and governance across a multi-site container fleet. Define technical frameworks for repair, offhire, disposal, cost recovery and reefer reliability. Provide technical oversight, identify systemic issues, drive resolutions, and govern EMR Specialist execution, training standards, and controls to ensure consistent operational and commercial outcomes.
