Supports special education students through one-to-one and small-group instruction, behavioral and medical assistance, interventions, supervision, and progress monitoring. Provides classroom, campus, transportation, and family support; assists with IEP-related documentation, clerical duties, first aid, medication, toileting, and diapering as needed. May lead the classroom when the teacher is absent and participates in professional development, coaching, meetings, and school activities.

Coordinates daily arils production operations as a working floor lead. Guides employees, reinforces safety, GMP, sanitation, and food safety standards, verifies production plans, monitors KPIs, operates and supports production equipment, performs quality checks, manages labeling and traceability, responds to equipment issues, coordinates line coverage, and completes shift reporting.

Provides onsite and remote technical support, including software installation, operating system reloads, hardware repair, printer and telephone support, user account administration, mobile device management, physical connectivity, and vendor coordination. Serves as the primary helpdesk contact and secondary chat support contact while assisting with Windows, Active Directory, network, and general information systems troubleshooting.
