The Supply Chain Planner will manage Wonder's supply chain operations, design technology systems, and ensure seamless logistics to enhance customer experience while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for advertising products, including positioning, packaging, commercialization, audience targeting, and product launches. Create merchant-facing ROI narratives, sales enablement materials, and advertising packages. Conduct market and competitive analysis, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive ad product adoption, merchant investment, and recurring advertising revenue.

Manage a portfolio of small and midsize restaurant accounts for Grubhub. Build merchant relationships, optimize account and menu pages, increase order volume and conversion, address inquiries, conduct regular check-ins, document interactions, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires outbound communication, goal attainment, strong organization, product learning, and problem-solving. It is hybrid in the DFW area, requiring three office days per week.
