Wonder Benefits Overview

Serves as the day-to-day contact for enterprise franchise accounts, supporting launches, retention, account maintenance, revenue growth, marketing campaigns, trainings, and operational efficiency. The role manages Salesforce pipeline accuracy, coordinates internal escalations, supports business reviews, handles client requests, identifies solutions, and upsells partners on rate increases, marketing opportunities, and new features.

Own and optimize Wonder’s Workday-based People Technology ecosystem, including architecture, configuration, integrations, APIs, automation, data governance, and system design. Build AI-enabled employee experiences, improve HR workflows, and support scalable solutions across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Lead complex initiatives such as M&A integrations, implementations, and organizational scaling while independently delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The Product Designer II at Wonder will design AI-driven food technology experiences across iOS and web, focusing on clarity, trust, and simplicity in user interactions while evolving the design system.
