Lead a greenfield robotics R&D software effort: architect and build core software, integrate hardware and software with mechanical/electrical teams, prototype rapidly, solve full-stack problems, and transition to day-to-day software team lead within the first year.

Own and administer core engineering software (SolidWorks, PDM, PLM, Jira); create workflows, automations, and templates; troubleshoot vault/access issues; enforce file naming, revision control, and BOM management; maintain and test software updates; manage permissions and onboarding; and co-own vendor/license procurement.

Develop and integrate electromechanical, pneumatic, and fluidic systems for robotics products. Create system-level schematics, spec components, run test protocols, manage vendor integrations, and provide on-site commissioning and troubleshooting while coordinating with hardware, electrical, software, and technician teams.
