Lead development of production-ready AI filmmaking workflows: evaluate generative models, prototype and harden techniques, build shared playbooks, collaborate with filmmakers, engineering, and model partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective studio capabilities.

The Senior Editor will lead editing across various projects, manage junior editors, and work collaboratively to create high-quality visual content quickly, while utilizing After Effects and AI tools.

Lead Wonder Studios' global brand, marketing, and communications strategy end-to-end. Own narrative, positioning, PR, social, campaigns, executive communications, and major activations. Build and manage the marketing and comms team, guide external agencies, scale owned channels, and drive brand-distribution opportunities aligned with Wonder's mission.

Lead Wonder Studios' US brand and agency partnerships from New York: grow pipeline, own end-to-end pitches and proposals, manage key client relationships and account growth, translate briefs into creative and commercially sound scopes, protect quality and margin with production, shape GTM positioning, and maintain CRM and pipeline reporting.
