Recruits advanced practice providers and other clinical professionals from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. Builds candidate pipelines, screens applicants, coordinates interviews and offers, supports credentialing documentation, maintains recruitment records in Paylocity, and reports on recruiting metrics. Partners with clinical and organizational leadership on workforce planning, employer branding, provider outreach, and recruitment strategy.

Provides high-level administrative support to C-suite executives by managing calendars, travel, communications, presentations, action items, meetings, events, office operations, supplies, vendors, facilities coordination, and confidential records. The role also supports board meetings, leadership off-sites, catering, filing systems, and executive projects in a hybrid Phoenix office environment.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, labor and delivery (vaginal and cesarean), postpartum care, gynecologic exams, procedures and minimally invasive surgeries. Educate patients on preventive care, contraception and reproductive health, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document in EHRs, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient-centered care.
