Lead agency-wide training and implementation of evidence-based practices (Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management). Provide onsite clinical consultation, monthly coaching, curriculum development, quality improvement support, partner with external trainers, and help disseminate organizational learning to improve services for people experiencing homelessness and related challenges.

The CHRO leads the HR function, driving workforce stability, talent management, and compliance across a multi-site organization while reporting to executive leadership.

The Graduate Policy Intern supports policy research and advocacy for family homelessness, focusing on campaign development and data analysis.
