Drives sales and operational effectiveness across the Work Group by managing order book health, backlog integrity, shipment performance, forecasting, revenue tracking, and business planning. Partners with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Credit, Customer Service, and Distribution Centers to resolve issues, improve processes, fulfill customer commitments, and support revenue objectives. Performs data analysis and recommends solutions to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Provides strategic sales leadership and general management for a North American wholesale organization across multiple consumer brands. Develops sales, distribution, forecasting, and growth strategies; builds high-performing teams; manages customer relationships; strengthens commercial capabilities; and partners with executive, brand, product, marketing, merchandising, operations, and finance leaders to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.

Designs, implements, and maintains secure, scalable system integrations across enterprise systems. Leads integration projects, creates test plans and documentation, provides training and on-call support, monitors performance, and enforces security and change management standards.
