Leads strategic direction and sales management for Wolverine Worldwide’s North America wholesale Work Group portfolio. Oversees strategic accounts, revenue and SG&A planning, forecasting, pricing, retailer partnerships, sell-in and sell-through strategies, team hiring and development, compensation programs, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Demand Planning. Frequent travel and senior-level leadership experience in footwear, retail management, or buying are required.

Owns the DAM roadmap and product data integrations from PLM to PIM during a 12-month maternity cover. Responsibilities include backlog and governance management, requirements definition, metadata and taxonomy oversight, data quality improvement, vendor and delivery coordination, testing, issue resolution, Agile controls, documentation, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption monitoring.

Creates digital-first marketing assets and experiences for Merrell across websites, landing pages, social, display advertising, email, and other channels. Translates brand and campaign concepts into polished, responsive, accessible designs; develops templates and design-system elements; prototypes in Figma; contributes motion concepts; and collaborates with creative, marketing, UX, development, and project teams through delivery.
