Lead development and execution of Saucony's EMEA brand experience ecosystem across major events, owned flagship events, community activations and retail. Define event strategy, set KPIs, manage budgets and partnerships, coordinate cross-channel amplification with marketing teams, develop scalable toolkits, advise regional teams, manage direct reports, and track ROI and insights to drive brand growth and cultural relevance.

Support store management by opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service, meet sales KPIs, assist with administrative duties, and ensure compliance with health, safety and inventory policies.
