Perform hands-on data center work across multiple NJ sites: rack, stack, cable, label, install, configure, troubleshoot, and decommission servers and network gear. Maintain inventory, cabling records, environmental monitoring, and vendor coordination. Work primarily after market close, respond to emergencies, and support deployments with systems, network, and hardware teams.

As a C++ Software Engineer, you will optimize performance for latency-critical systems, collaborate with traders and quants, and ensure code correctness in a fast-paced environment.
