Develop and test high-performance C++ applications for trading platforms. Collaborate with traders and experienced engineers to translate requirements into efficient solutions, while monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting systems for reliability and stability. The role provides mentorship and exposure to the complete trading-system development lifecycle, including production support, performance tuning, multithreaded programming, and real-time systems.

Provide first-level support for trading applications, including user logins, account configurations, troubleshooting, production issue resolution, clearing support, vendor coordination, developer collaboration, and technical documentation. Support internal and external users through phone, email, and instant messaging while assisting with special projects and process improvements.

Develop and maintain options valuation and risk management systems. Responsibilities include full-cycle software development, requirements gathering, solution design, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance improvements, documentation, and collaboration with traders, risk managers, quantitative analysts, and support teams. The role requires object-oriented programming, data analysis tools, and strong knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability, stochastic calculus, numerical methods, and linear algebra.
