Drive new OMS and EMS business by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, conducting demonstrations, and leading client trials. Grow institutional buy-side and sell-side accounts through expansion, cross-selling, and increased usage. Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams, provide product feedback, maintain client relationships through on-site visits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Conducts quantitative research and experimentation for options market-making strategies. Responsibilities include building production testing pipelines, analyzing post-trade data, maintaining large tick-data datasets, presenting findings, and developing trading features and parameter configurations. The role requires learning options-market microstructure, exchange mechanics, networking, and FPGA-related concepts while collaborating with trading and engineering teams.

Lead the Information Systems and Helpdesk teams, oversee enterprise systems and ensure system reliability, performance, and security in a trading environment.
