Serve as primary HR contact supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, benefits and leave administration, HRIS and applicant tracking, compliance, personnel records, audits, and cross-functional HR projects to maintain a positive, compliant workplace.

Lead all HR functions to align workforce with the organizations mission. Oversee compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, HR strategy, legal compliance, and foster an inclusive, supportive onsite work environment across multiple locations.
