Provide clinical oversight and direct nursing care for youth in a therapeutic residential setting. Supervise LPNs, MAs, and CNAs; manage lab testing and phlebotomy; monitor labs and equipment; ensure regulatory compliance; educate clients and staff; maintain documentation, timecards, and staffing oversight; use Centricity, QuickMar, and Microsoft Office; travel to Vassar weekly.
