Manage and grow business-to-business customer accounts across portions of DuPage and Cook counties. Responsibilities include field sales, prospecting high-profile fleet accounts, maintaining customer relationships, promoting products and services, creating proposals and demonstrations, and closing orders. The role includes a $100,000 annual salary, potential sign-on bonus, benefits, vehicle and mileage allowance, and business equipment.

Sets up and maintains customer accounts, verifies billing and shipping information, reviews credit and assigns limits, updates open orders, and assists with ACH, wire payment, and invoicing requests. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Process high-volume accounts payable invoices by entering non-PO invoices, applying general ledger codes, matching purchase orders electronically, routing documents, reviewing statements, and completing additional AP tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, basic math, computer proficiency, and basic Excel skills in an office environment.
