Supervises branch service, parts, rental, and aftermarket operations across a local region. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating service workflows, monitoring billing and KPIs, maintaining customer and vendor relationships, ensuring timely job completion, supporting training and employee reviews, maintaining facilities and vehicles, promoting safety, and coordinating regional initiatives.

Process high-volume accounts payable invoices by entering non-PO invoices, applying general ledger codes, matching purchase orders electronically, routing documents, reviewing statements, and completing additional AP tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, basic math, computer proficiency, and basic Excel skills in an office environment.

The Corporate Safety Director develops safety training, conducts audits, investigates workplace injuries and incidents, implements corrective actions, and maintains safety policies. The role ensures OSHA, DOT, CDL, and MSHA compliance; manages driver, medical, and mining records; oversees customer and vendor safety programs; monitors loss and insurance metrics; and administers workers’ compensation and fleet claims. The director also serves as a safety resource, liaises with regulators and insurers, and leads safety initiatives across field and shop locations.
