Owns business readiness, hiring plans, attraction, and pipeline health for high-volume Courier hiring. Partners with business leaders, sourcing, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Workforce Planning to validate demand, activate roles, monitor funnel performance, resolve blockers, and deliver against hiring targets. Uses hiring data, market insights, process improvement, automation, and AI to improve scalability, reduce friction, and establish a repeatable Courier hiring operating model.

Own global and cross-regional merchant quality initiatives across Wolt and Deliveroo. Build feedback loops between merchant-facing teams, product, support, and quality organizations; drive product rollouts; analyze regional issues; improve cancellations, item availability, substitutions, and operational efficiency; and use data and AI tools to automate analysis and prototype solutions.

Provides 24/7 customer, restaurant partner, and courier partner support through live chat and phone. Responds clearly to questions, resolves issues, prioritizes multiple interactions, and helps improve support services. Requires Romanian fluency, professional English proficiency, strong communication, multitasking, teamwork, and availability for morning, night, and weekend shifts. The role is fully remote and available full-time or part-time with flexible daily hours.
