Leads local Ads and Promotions performance by managing merchant sales, growing Sponsored Listings revenue, and coaching an Ad Sales team. Owns country targets, pipeline development, account management enablement, performance tracking, partner acquisition, budget growth, and churn prevention. The manager balances personal sales execution with team leadership, presents business insights and action plans, and implements local and global initiatives in the Polish market.

Manage enterprise advertising and promotional sales for CPG partners, develop joint business strategies, commercialize ad products, and coordinate execution with local and global teams. Use Snowflake, Looker, and Excel-based analysis to create dashboards, identify market insights, track KPIs, and inform business recommendations. The role requires executive-level presentations, cross-functional collaboration, strong digital advertising or marketplace knowledge, fluent Hebrew and English, and willingness to travel.

Manage ad and promotions campaign setup, launch, tracking, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting. Monitor performance and budgets, identify optimization opportunities, coordinate with internal and technical teams, maintain reporting dashboards with BI partners, and improve ad operations processes. The role supports internal and external stakeholders across Wolt’s retail media business.
