15-month Waterworks Development Program with structured rotations (warehouse, counter, inside/outside sales, operations). Hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to develop sales process, product knowledge, and leadership, leading to a permanent sales/operations role.

Serve as the branch's first point of contact: provide product information, handle customer inquiries (in-person/phone/email), prepare small-job quotes, verify product availability, restock and assist at the counter, load/unload and receive shipments, pick/pack/ship orders, coordinate with carriers, and maintain safety and housekeeping in the shipping area.
