Maintains and expands customer relationships, sells plumbing and HVAC/R products and services, develops new accounts, provides quotations and technical support, and manages territory sales objectives. The role includes cold calling, advising on pricing and inventory, supporting branch employees, addressing customer concerns, participating in trade shows, and collaborating with branch management to achieve revenue, margin, account, and quota targets.

Manage branch inventory control, administrative duties, warehouse and delivery operations. Duties include cycle counts, non-productive inventory management, invoicing, AS400 customer file maintenance, fleet optimization, safety enforcement, HR support, equipment maintenance, and acting as Branch Manager backup.

Coordinate marketing financial administration: process purchase requisitions, invoices, payments and p-card transactions; track and reconcile vendor marketing funds and budgets; maintain Airtable/Excel trackers; prepare spend and reconciliation reports; liaise with Finance, AP, vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support financial month/quarter/year-end activities.
