Manage an affordable housing community by leasing apartments, screening applicants, maintaining resident files, collecting rents, overseeing budgets and property upkeep, coordinating repairs and inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive resident relations. The role requires customer service, sales, communication, organizational, leadership, and property management skills, along with occasional emergency response and travel to nearby communities.

Owns monthly close activities for multiple legal entities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and close documentation. Prepares and analyzes financial statements, budgets, and variance reports. Supports external audits, U.S. GAAP compliance, internal controls, billing accuracy, and process improvements while partnering with the Corporate Controller and accounting teams.
