Provides autonomous administrative, business, and personal support to the President and General Manager. Responsibilities include managing changing priorities, completing tasks accurately and promptly, protecting confidential information, supporting executive decision-making, and understanding high-level financial discussions. The role requires strong organization, time management, technology skills, adaptability, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal executive distraction.

Supports the inside sales process from lead generation through customer onboarding. Manages customer inquiries, identifies and converts inbound leads into booked appointments, processes orders, coordinates logistics, handles high call volumes, maintains accurate records, and supports customer satisfaction. The role requires CRM and scheduling software proficiency, strong communication, organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced residential home services environment.
