Handle inbound customer concerns across phone, voicemail, email, and text; manage and respond to online reviews; track and log issues; process membership cancellations and refunds; maintain refund targets and update internal boards and booking rates while adapting to changing business needs.

Support the sales process from lead generation to customer onboarding: respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, schedule appointments, update CRM, follow up on quotes, coordinate with operations, track KPIs, assist marketing, provide customer service, and identify upsell opportunities.

Assist and learn from Electrical Installation Technicians performing residential electrical installations and maintenance. Follow safety standards, perform physical tasks (lifting, work in crawl spaces/heights), attend training/classes, and progress through the apprenticeship program.
