Advise agents, executives, and clients on entertainment deal strategy; structure, negotiate, and review agreements involving talent, production, rights, licensing, financing, and distribution. Provide strategic business guidance to motion picture, talent, and independent film departments while managing complex, high-priority matters, mitigating risk, and maintaining strong internal and external client relationships.

Supports WME’s Motion Picture Business Affairs team by tracking and issuing package letters, maintaining precedent databases, reviewing and negotiating film agreements, managing grids and forms, and handling special projects. The role requires a California or New York-admitted lawyer with transactional legal or business affairs experience, strong drafting and analytical abilities, excellent organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Leads SAP development and integration architecture across global finance systems. Designs, develops, tests, and supports ABAP applications, APIs, middleware, workflows, and integrations across SAP S/4HANA and ECC. Provides hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, architecture guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, governance, and modernization support. Manages offshore teams, consultants, vendors, and system integrators while supporting SAP transformation, production releases, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
