Lead design and execution of early-career agent development programs, performance management frameworks, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Inclusion, and senior leadership to build scalable training, progression pathways, and Workday-enabled performance processes across multiple offices.

Drive revenue-generating brand partnerships for IMG Models: develop partnership strategy, source and negotiate deals, manage campaign execution and stakeholder relationships, supervise junior staff, collaborate with legal/finance/marketing, track partnership performance and contribute to quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Provide administrative support to a Christian Music Agent: manage calendars, calls, correspondence, expense reports, contracts, and data. Liaise with industry contacts, take meeting notes, prepare presentation materials, and assist on special projects. Maintain organization, confidentiality, and high attention to detail in a fast-paced music/touring environment.
