Manage speaker engagements from acceptance through event completion, coordinating clients, speaker offices, vendors, internal teams, travel, approvals, contracts, timelines, briefing materials, and expenses. Serve as the primary liaison for event logistics, provide research and vetting support, communicate contractual requirements, and deliver post-event recaps. The role requires client relationship management, VIP event experience, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and availability during evenings or weekends during busy periods.

Coordinates entertainment content partnerships and brand integrations across film, television, streaming, and digital content. Supports client strategy, opportunity sourcing, proposals, partnership execution, production logistics, stakeholder communication, asset management, work-back schedules, and campaign deliverables. Maintains entertainment property databases, monitors cultural trends and release calendars, and assists with on-set brand representation, gifting initiatives, and project coordination.

Supports business development for the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team by identifying prospects, monitoring industry trends, developing outreach and proposals, coordinating client pursuits, maintaining CRM opportunity data, and managing cross-functional timelines. Participates in client meetings and industry events, builds internal and external relationships, and prepares agendas, notes, recaps, and follow-up actions. The role requires strong communication, organization, project coordination, commercial awareness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
